In times of old, The Furies protected Mother Right. If a mother (or any woman) was harmed, The Furies swooped down and took their vengeance. They were one of the last vestiges of a world that existed before the patriarchy. When we feel righteous anger, it is The Furies who are calling out to us to make what is wrong right again.

Then and Now

It's the Twenty Year anniversary of Endicott, so they put together a then and now page. You can see then and now photos of me and Mar. Just scroll down until you see our loverly mugs. And speaking of which, the Spring 2007 Issue of Journal of Mythic Arts is up and running, and yours truly has a couple of reprints there. I'm quite awed by the company I keep. Enjoy!

P.S. The Coyote Road: Trickster Tales edited by Terri Windling and Ellen Datlow is due out pretty soon. I've got a story in there. You might want to check it out.
