In times of old, The Furies protected Mother Right. If a mother (or any woman) was harmed, The Furies swooped down and took their vengeance. They were one of the last vestiges of a world that existed before the patriarchy. When we feel righteous anger, it is The Furies who are calling out to us to make what is wrong right again.

Bliss

If you live in Washington or Oregon or are visiting Washington or Oregon, you must, must, must try some Coconut Bliss while you're out and about here. Have I mentioned them before? I'm sure I have. Ohmigoddess. Vegan, no sugar, gluten-free, organic. (Okay, a few flavors have sugar; I just don't eat them.) Better than ice cream. Tonight I celebrated completing my mindfulness-based cognitive therapy classes by having dark chocolate Coconut Bliss. (I suppose that's why I can't sleep. Not used to the chocolate rush.) I hope they stay small and local and are quite successful. I love, love, love their creations.

May You Bliss Out in Beauty!
