In times of old, The Furies protected Mother Right. If a mother (or any woman) was harmed, The Furies swooped down and took their vengeance. They were one of the last vestiges of a world that existed before the patriarchy. When we feel righteous anger, it is The Furies who are calling out to us to make what is wrong right again.

Trickster Energy

I love this! A Planned Parenthood clinic in Pennsylvania has come up with a clever way to deal with protesters who harass them and their clients. They are asking for people to "pledge-a-picket." If you've ever sponsored a runner in a race you'll know the process. You pledge to give to the clinic so many cents per protester per day. They'll count the protesters and keep track of them and put up a sign each day letting the protesters know how much $$$ they are earning for the clinic. Now this is creative wonderful Trickster energy. (Thanks, Mario, for the link.) It makes me beam with happiness. (That and the radiation I picked up from Linda today. She is temporarily radioactive from some kind of treatment she received yesterday. Ah well. A little radioactivity never hurt anyone...Wait a minute. Maybe I'm thinking of radishes. A little radish never hurt anyone. Or rain. Or radio. A little radio never hurt anyone. Someone stop me....)

Blessed beeeeee!
