In times of old, The Furies protected Mother Right. If a mother (or any woman) was harmed, The Furies swooped down and took their vengeance. They were one of the last vestiges of a world that existed before the patriarchy. When we feel righteous anger, it is The Furies who are calling out to us to make what is wrong right again.

Flush Right

To all my readers who use Internet Explorer, I apologize. Since blogger.com did their weird fix not too long ago, Furious Spinner has been flush right. I didn't know this since I used Safari and Firefox. (Both are much better than Internet Explorer, I think.) Anyway, I will try to find a fix for that. (If anyone else had that problem and came up with a fix, let me know.) My template is old--less than two years old--so that may be part of the problem. To change to a new template would be very time- and energy-consuming. Hang in there. I'll try to figure it out! 2 comments

Hi Kim,

Try this:

- Go to the "Settings" tab in Blogger
- Choose "Formatting"
- Scroll down almost to the bottom and use the pulldown menu to set "Enable float alignment" to No

That may or may not work for you. :-) It worked for one of my blogs (the one that wasn't as customized) but I still had to tweak the other one quite a bit to get it back to normal.

Thanks, Molly. It is on no. It's strange because when I try it on OE on my Mac it's fine; at work on the PCs it isn't aligned properly. So I don't know if it's a particular version of OE or the difference in computers. Very frustrating! Especially since I didn't know until today. :-)
