In times of old, The Furies protected Mother Right. If a mother (or any woman) was harmed, The Furies swooped down and took their vengeance. They were one of the last vestiges of a world that existed before the patriarchy. When we feel righteous anger, it is The Furies who are calling out to us to make what is wrong right again.

Coyote Cowgirl Reborn

Fed Ex just pulled up and deposited on my doorstep ten copies of the new Coyote Cowgirl, now out in trade paperback. $14.95. It's beautiful! I love it. I don't think they did any advertising. As far as I can tell, it doesn't even show up in any catalogs, so it's bound not to sell. But what the hell: it is beautiful, it's a good story, and I'm happy about that. 0 comments
